Have you ever had a problem with a local business here on Cape Cod and had no one to complain to? Do you have a fantastic mechanic that is so trustworthy that you want to recommend him to everyone you know? Do you ever have a general question for a business but never have the means to contact them? Or how about a great suggestion for a local establishment that you feel would help them improve their business?

This is why we came up with the idea. We have had similar experiences on any number of occasions and in our conversations with friends and family, they too have wished that they could offer their feedback to businesses that they have had both good and not so pleasant experiences.

CapeCrusaders.com is a consumer based website that encourages customer feedback and uses this information to establish reviews and ratings on local businesses. We at CapeCrusaders.com are providing this service to educate the consumers of Cape Cod as to which businesses have performed with the highest customer satisfaction.

We hope that our educated consumers will make it far more difficult for the unscrupulous business operator to survive on Cape Cod and in turn promote freely the fair and equitable businesses the Cape!

How this works

CapeCrusaders.com is a website where the consumer can log on and post a complaint, recommendation, question, or suggestion. You can first search the database for the company in question to see the listing. If the company is not listed you will have the opportunity to put the company name into the database by filling out a small questionnaire. Once the company has been entered into the database anyone can then rate the company by submitting the information that consumer has to offer. In order to be able to submit information, the customer must fill out contact information. This information is necessary to enable the business to contact the customer who has submitted the information about the business.
